Refund policy

Workshops: Due to the advanced planning and prep for workshops, returns are not accepted. If you can no longer attend your order may be transferred to another person or someone on our waitlist by emailing riverbendhomesteadoh@gmail.com. Refunds may be issued in the form of an e-gift card for extenuating circumstances.

CSA Bouquet Subscriptions: Due to to the perishable nature of flowers as well as the advanced planning to grow them, returns are not accepted on CSA Subscriptions. If you can no longer participate in a CSA subscription your order may be transferred to another person. Refunds may be issued in the form of an e-gift card for extenuating circumstances.

Bouquets/Arrangements: Flowers are a perishable product. With that being said you deserve them fresh and at their best. If you ever feel that the flowers have not met your expectations please let me know so that it can be made right!
